Compost Queen does not offer refunds at this time. If you have to stop services due to moving, etc, please do so before your next billing date. Compost purchases can not be returned or refunded for any reason.
All shipping is handled directly by Compost Queen with local delivery in Fort Collins and surrounding areas via company vehicle. Shipping will occur within five business days of order date, and notification will be sent to customer via email. We do not currently ship items outside of Fort Collins, CO and do not work with services such as FedEx or UPS.
