We have biweekly service, in which we will come empty your bucket every other week. Our 4 gallon buckets hold about 25 pounds of food waste. Households with 3 or more, home cooks, or avid gardeners should consider getting 2 buckets.
We offer compost shares to our members twice a year, typically in the Spring (April) and Autumn (October).
Members get up to 10 gallons of high quality food scrap compost for free. We recommend 1/4″ to 1/2″ top dressing on gardens, lawns, shrubs or trees. Starting in Fall 2024 we will have discounts on additional compost for our members.
Northern Colorado residents can choose from three price points:
Bi-Weekly Pickups – $25 per month
Drop Off Composting – $20 per month (single location, no reporting or cleaning)

With the new Republic single hauler contract taking effect in September of 2024, trash & recycling costs will go up.
Compost with us for free by moving from a 95 gallon to 35 gallon service. You’ll get weekly trash, recycling and landscape waste from Republic, and save money by composting with the Queen.
